Now I have your attention, I’ve got to tell you something: this post isn’t about sex. It’s about something much more personal, something else I love to do to those I care about.
Hug. It’s true, I’m a hugger. I love a good hug.

I hug my family, best friends, new friends, old friends, work friends; I even hug people who put out the vibe they don’t like to be hugged. I’ve hardly ever been refused a hug – even by someone who assures me under no certain terms are they a hugger. I’m just a lover of hugs. On a bad day I’ll go home and hug the cats; much to their disgust. I’ve been told, on more than one occasion, I give awesome hugs. A gorgeous BFF told me, “you always commit to your hugs.” At first I thought that a little strange. But she is right. When I hug, I HUG.
As usual, when deciding on my topic this week I did some research, and much to my delight I found the following online at The Age: “No sex please, we’re cuddling strangers.” I can assure you that I have in no way been asked to review or comment on the article or the organizer of the cuddling event. I’ve included the article because I would love to hear what you think about paying to cuddle and/or spoon with a group of strangers.
Personally, I think hugs should be free. I attend laughter workshops: they are free.
So beautiful readers tell me what you think and next time I see you I promise I’ll give you a super-sized CaAtherine hug, for FREE!

Not sure if I would go to a cuddle party. I tend to agree with you that hugs and cuddles should be free.
Thanks Jane – I’m always up for giving away a FREE hug!
